Sports Performance Developing Athlete Training

Strength & conditioning training will be provided by the Queens Sports Performance staff for camp athletes. Over the 5 weeks, the sessions will be led by a Sports Performance staff member and will focus on 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of conditioning utilizing both the Queens Sports Complex weight room and athletic field. **Any exercise limitations/restrictions should be communicated with the Sports Performance Coach prior to beginning any exercise regimen**

Boys 12-18: 1:00 - 2:00 pm
Girls 12-18: 2:00 - 3:00 pm

COST

$200 per 5-week session

**Registration will be capped at 30 individuals per session**
(4.75% online convenience fee will be added on upon registration)
