Spring Performance Camp Information | |
Athletes will receive high-level instruction from the Queens University of Charlotte Sports Performance staff focusing on speed, agility and quickness development. These sessions are 1 hour in length that include a dynamic warm-up, cool down and drills focusing on the athletic qualities mentioned below. Session I: Performance Testing - Movement Assessment Session II: Performance Testing - Speed, Agility, & Quickness Session III: Performance Testing - Building Athlete Force & Power Profile Session IV: Performance Testing - Max Aerobic Speed **Athlete will receive a “player profile packet” with all measureables upon completion of session IV |
